I managed to fix this by doing a clean install then reinstalling each addon and selecting each setting for both Firefox and the addons then copying/saving a fresh copy of the profile when I’m done. I also noticed the DNS choices Cloudflare and NextDNS disappear leaving only a custom choice.

I then have to reboot again for all the addons and icons to reappear.
